Fallen in Love by Lauren Kate

1.0

Utterly pointless to read.
Obviously just published to make more money - also once again copying what the Twilight saga did (Bree Tanner novella) but it really didn't work.
Firstly, when are you supposed to read this? In the middle of or after Passion? Because I think it would make sense to read this during Passion but then why not just have included it in Passion in the first place. I think reading it afterwards isn't essential - and only if you're a die hard fan (though is anyone really a die hard fan for this series) should you even consider buying this, because it's not worth buying.
There were only a few things that I enjoyed while reading this.
1. Miles and Shelby get together. - It was cute for a valentines theme but was longer than it needed to be.
2. A glimpse into Rolands world. - The rest of this tale was awful ( too long and depressing with no real meaning in the end)
3. Arriane and Tess's relationship. - I liked that the author included a relationship between two girls. It didn't feel forced, like she just put it in to look like she trying to be cool and attract more readers, etc. It actually made sense for the character Arriane. It gave more insight into who she is - which was good because she only pops up a few times in Fallen and Torment.
And that's all I liked.
The Luce and Daniel scene was boring. So overall, I would have been happier to not have read this. I would have preferred to have read about Lucia and Daniel in Italy - that tale sounded far more instructing than most of the other past lives Luce lived.
