The Light at the End by John Skipp
2.5

Strong character development: No
Loveable characters: No
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

This was far too long of a story. I think a good chunk could’ve gotten taken out and it would have been much better. The gore and vampire horror were great but it was just so dull and drawn out between the action. The few characters that I actually liked either got killed fairly quickly or reverted to a side character.
