I really enjoyed this book, it was a very interesting look into the inner world of quite different people over the course of one day.
My main criticism (and the reason why I only gave it this rating) is that it was hard to distinguish the voices of the narrators or more who were following at that moment on occasion. I also found it challenging to distinguish between the side characters of which there were many that were just briefly mentioned or referred to, luckily the edition I read had a glossary which helped on occasion.
I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys reading about people's thoughts and personal struggles but doesn't quite want to commit to Ulysses.
But fair warning if you're looking for something with actual plot this is not the book for you.
