I loved this one! So messy yet so brilliant! It's a hard one to read because it truly exposes some uglier parts of publishing and our MC is... Well terrible. But it's also adds such important commentary on the work that has yet to be done in the industry, on faux allyship, on diversity and how skewed some people's perception of it is.
I wish we got a bit more in the end, but I'm guessing that's the whole point - we don't, but we can imagine what happens next based on how the industry works (throughout the book or irl).
