3.5⭐️ better than book 2… so repetitious. White and white and white. White and white and white. My gods. I can’t pinpoint what this series in its entirety lacked for me, but I never developed a deep sense of interest or care for the characters, let alone the plot. Everything lacked depth! I wanted this series to be so much more and I’m left disappointed, but I’m glad I finished it. I appreciated the HEA - the epilogue felt like the little scene you hope is buried within a movie’s credits. It gave perhaps a little redemption to the sad and heavy and repetitive and sad book. To those who compare this to TOG, I am personally offended. No. Just no.
