A love story between a stargazer (and also NASA researcher) and club owner. He's the classic grumpy with a good heart, and she's the sweet, ethereal sunshine. It's instalove (this is a novella), but the romance is sweet and works well. The astrology spun into their romance is cute, too. He's a little guarded, though he doesn't hold back and goes all out to treat her right. She sees all his layers, appreciates him and loves every bit of him. No unnecessary conflict or drama, just two wonderful people falling in love and with 'meant to be' feels. Also appreciated microaggressions against (Black) women in STEM being called out. But the book would've benefited from tighter editing, the typos/mistakes did distract, unfortunately.
