This book was actually pretty difficult for me to read, but in the end, I really loved it. I'm really glad I pushed through this book, despite its triggers. As a fellow author, I kind of got a taste of my own medicine with this one, but it was so worth the bitter taste in my mouth. I'm giving this book five stars, because I feel that it can have a significant importance in readers' lives. This story demonstrated how even in the darkest of circumstances, one can find the light at the end of the tunnel.
