A Man Called Ove
by Fredrik Backman
I cried when I finished this. I can't remember the last time I did that with a book. Throughout it was darkly humorous, poignant, and sad. Even though Ove was a curmudgeon I related to him. Everyone knows people like Ove. You never really know what makes someone tick, and this book proves that. The world through Ove's eyes as described by Backman was realistic: unfair, disorderly, chaotic. I would recommend this to anyone.
