Let's Get Lost by Adi Alsaid

2.0

This book was...disappointing. With every person's POV I lost interest in the story. Besides Leila helping each stranger, I felt there was no connection between the events, nothing significant to link the stories together. I would have liked to see more insight into Leila through each POV, and build suspense to the reveal of her reason for the road trip.
As for the stories of each person all of them except for one was about love and all the characters were teenagers. It would have been nice to see some diversity between characters and scenerios. Leila's story was my favourite but unfortunately it was the shortest of them all.
Although I found the story with much to lack, I still enjoy Alsaid's writing style, and paused every now and again to re read lines to commit them to memory. I still want to read more of his books, this one just wasn't my taste.
