This book was so hard for me to rate. On one hand, what a cool concept. I loved the idea that your name could change the course of your life. But it was kind of hard to keep the three stories separate. Like who they were romantically linked to, and their professions, etc. The domestic abuse aspect was prominent and painful, and I don’t really feel like Cora got justice in any of them. He went to jail in one, but it didn’t seem like enough. I wanted to love the characters, but it was hard for me to connect.
