I was looking for something silly and smutty to read, and this book is so frequently recommended that I gave it a go. It's a ridiculous premise that the author does little to make feel logical, but I went along for the ride hoping it would make sense at some point.
Structurally it's WAY too long. The first few chapters showing them at 16 didn't need to be there, and actually made the whole book feel icky. It improved slightly for the first third, but then it just went so far downhill when it became obvious the author has no ability to edit. There is so much unnecessary content and so many repetitive scenes that blur together. The dialogue was so often awkward and cringe, most especially the dirty talk. I don't think there's a single page that didn't remind us they're stepbrothers.
I skimmed about 60% of this to see if there was anything redeemable, and didn't find it. It's not well conceived or well written.
