This was a fun read! It’s a work of a number of authors. I wasn’t sure how that would go, but it read seamlessly. Mateo and Allison are our main characters. They have been friends since their high school days but had lost touch with each other. The two of them reconnect at a New Year’s Eve party where Allison makes a fool of herself. Allison makes her resolutions and Mateo agrees to help her meet them. Mateo’s passion is personal training so he helps Allison to get in shape for a company competition where she tries to impress her boss and colleague. The more time they spend together, the more they realize how much they need each other. Will Allison choose Mateo over work?
