This book is amazing. I almost didn't bother to read it because the title makes it sound like a really terrible self-help book written by some clown who thinks they're an expert.
As it turns out, Lundy Bancroft is a legit expert who really does get down to the core of abusive thinking, which is important because once you know how abusive men think you can make informed choices about how to deal with them.
I HIGHLY recommend this book for anyone who's survived an abusive relationship, or knows someone who's in one.
