I have mixed feelings about this book. I do feel the author took full advantage of the vampire trope but honestly the vampire pov was batshit crazy. But still very interesting. The second pov is where I think the book really shines. The discussions of grief and degenerative disease was so heartbreaking and relatable.
I was told it would be a sapphic vampire romp but really it was a touching story about grief.
