People really don’t like this. Understandably so. If Savino wasn’t an existing character in this series he would be the absolute worst love interest. This book kind of breaks typical romance standards. He straight up cheats on Gemma for like 2 years? The story doesn’t endorse that, or think it’s okay, but yeah that’s definitely shitty and I get why people aren’t looking to read that in their romance books. He’s not likable. I also didn’t like the very end, but overall I didn’t mind it so much. Gemma deserves better, but at least Savino will be upstanding in the future.
