Just A Little Luck - Jillian West
5/5 ✨🌟
I loved how Quincy was the glue when it came to Ridge, Trigg and Harley. I also loved when she found out she was pregnant that she did try to find Ridge. She did want him to be part of the baby’s life.
First off, I love how opposite Trigg, Harley and Ridge are from each other, but they’re exactly what she needs and wants. I loved seeing how each of their relationships grew.
Also, I loved Trigg and his stalker tendencies in the beginning. Straight face and everything, he just thought he was protecting her. He was such a charmer and I just loved him the most out of the three MC’s. I about died with the whole “thank you” scene! Thankfully, he explained himself later. Who knew that the lovable psychopath would be my favorite?!
Man. I truly felt for Ridge because he pretty much missed out on Quincy’s pregnancy. I loved the emotion that Jillian showed how he truly felt of such a loss of joy being there for her.
I loved how we got to see the journey through her pregnancy. I loved how real Ridge was in the moment of her delivery. It was really special.
Harley has been in love with her and would do anything for her and her baby. I love how he just wanted to take care of her no matter what. The fact that he didn’t care if he was the father of her baby or not made me love him so much.
I really loved that there was action in the book and how we get to see more than all the swoony scenes, which I love, but sometimes a book needs more and Jillian certainly delivered.
