Definitely biased towards a Christian/Catholic worldview. Some of the claims feel ludicrous, such as that one of the author's personal guides is none other than Abraham Lincoln. While there's some practical guidance and some good information on interacting with the spirit world, I feel that there is so much bias and misinformation that the book as a whole is unreliable.
