This is far and away one of my favorite books this year. I'm 99% sure I'll say the same thing at the end of this year. I only grabbed this when I saw a bunch of people rave about it and I swear I could not stop swooning. SWOONING. Laughing. Crying.

Eve Hatch enjoys her life and her best friend Willa and Willa's big brother Shep. They all live in Brooklyn and after a night out celebrating Shep's breakup, Eve has a one night stand that turns into an accidental pregnancy - in spite of using protection. Now, Eve must navigate this pregnancy and deal with some big emotions and huge life changing things. As things with Willa get tense, Eve relies more on Shep and starts to realize that maybe he's not just such a wonderful friend. Maybe he's more.

No words I say will do this justice, but my God. If I could tell you to read one book this year, it might just be this one. The emotions are done so well and it just ached. It took me back to my pregnancies but also the falling in love. The achingly sweet emotions of it all. I'm not usually a friends to lovers fan or accidental pregnancy, but this is like nothing else.
