Man Kind can write a shit ton cant he? I say that lovingly, but this book is a bit of a doozy in length, so if you're looking for something quick, you can take one look at the paperback and realize that this is an investment that you'll want to hold off on til you have like a month to commit to it.

Its length, however, does it a great service in making it feel more real or have more depth to it than other stories. By the time you are halfway you can't really not be invested in everything going on, and you certainly won't be bored.

I wish I could recall more about this story because its been over ten years since I read it and I don't remember all of it, but what I do remember, I remember loving and wanting more of it.
