I believe this is the first volume of the manga where the order starts to differ greatly from the anime. The volume starts off with what is the 'ending' of the anime. I prefer the way it happened in the manga though; I didn't like some of the scenes that were added in the anime. The second half of the manga occurred earlier in the anime.
SpoilerI'm pretty sure the part at Ayame's shop with Tohru looking so cute in the dress was not in the anime.
