Jag ringer mina bröder by Jonas Hassen Khemiri

Though too much was said between lines for my taste (because I confuse easily), I still thoroughly enjoyed this book. Well-written and hard-hitting, I Call My Brothers touched me with its heartbreaking narrative and -especially- with its subtle portrayal of the main character. Towards the end, my heart was pounding excessively even when no apparent excitement was present and for that, it stood out to me.
