Loved this.
It is no surprise that my favorite character is the wolf. I enjoyed the story, but the pacing was a bit inconsistent like other reviews have said. I also have so many questions about the people that were left behind. In first person present tense I get that we only get to see what the main character sees, but it seems like a convenient way for the author to notnhave to answer questions too
