Joey and Aoife I love you already.
The tiny snippets of their relationship in Shannon’s books already got me invested.. but reading about them was amazing.

I love that they have such a strong bond. Their friendship always came first, which is so amazingly beautiful.

Joey’s perspective is heart-breaking and you really do get a better, more detailed glimpse into the life of the Lynch kids and their backstory. Obviously, the Lynch kids backstory never fails to shatter your heart. The pure hatred for Teddy Lynch will never be forgotten, and this book proves that further.

It was so special to read about Aoife and Joey’s undying love,  friendship and support for each-other. They are definitely both platonic and romantic soulmates all rolled into one.

The nicknames, the banter, the music references, the slow burn, the friendship, everything about these two will forever make me laugh, smile, cry and break my heart.

Joey and Aoife I am in love with your love.

I can’t wait to read more about them in the next book, despite knowing exactly what’s going to happen from Shannon’s perspective and knowing there is so much more pain to come.
