Ahhh... I was so pissed off!!!
This book picks up right where Heir Untamed left off...
Chey decides to stay in Latvala and give her and Sander's relationship an opportunity. She knows it'll be hard. I mean, you'll only be dating a Prince, the Future King!!!
She is immediately "warned" by the Queen - Sander's mother - that her relationship with him can't go anywhere... I call it more like being threathened... She accepts that not everything will be perfect, but knows that Sander is MORE than worth it.
But then something unexpected happens and Chey is kicked out of the country and sent back to Seattle... I was PISSED... oh was I mad...
Boy am I ever thankful for best friends. We meet Wynn and her brave and genius ideas and off we go back to Latvala.
Like the first book, this one had some action as well. We go thru the motions of a broken hearted Chey.
I love how no matter what, Sander keeps trying to have a relationship with her. I mean, he's only a prince.
Again, I suffered an array of emotions with book. From heart ache, to anger, to sorrow, to joy and happiness (I might have missed a couple of them). I couldn't get enough of this series. I couldn't get enough of Sander and even Mattias!
