It has been a long time since I read anything that fell into the vampire realm. I was consumed by Oraya’s story and the journey that she had been on since childhood, how she had been trained into her power.
The trials of the Kejari were complex, exhilarating and extremely detailed. It was easy to fall into the world of Obitraes, and watch the scenes unfold.
I was left craving more at the end. The lead up was one massive ordeal after another. I am still confused as to who I believe was in the right or wrong, who to hate or to love, who to cheer for or who should be ended. Although this book is currently continuing to live in my head rent free, I am looking forward to reading the second! I want more!
