This book was recommended to me by a married friend. The title was a bit off putting, but the information in it was practical and useful. The take away message was to not treat your husband like a child and to have faith in him. Having faith in their abilities allows them to grow as partners. They can grow in confidence, and that in turn makes them better partners for their spouse. It seems like common sense, but it definitely something that needs to be reminded to most partners. No one can grow if they’re constantly being put down.
