Embers on the Wind by Lisa Williamson Rosenberg

4.0

This is a debut novel. Told in many different character voices. Multi-timeframes in non-chronological order. The narrative is kind of eerie. The story crosses between the living and the dead. With seers and spirits. "A tale of women connected by motherhood, slavery’s legacy, and histories that span centuries." I look forward to reading more from this author.
