Foxglove has everything — regency era romance, gossipy side characters, a murder mystery, and an epic rivalry between two of the most powerful immortals mythology has ever known.

The story itself was page turning, unputdownable perfection. The drama was top tier, and while the suspense could have been a little more heart racing, I loved the “whodunit” aspect that centered around Lord Wakefield’s murder. The misdirection was an added bonus as it had me questioning myself and who I pegged for the guilty party!

Its steamy-not-smutty closed door romance complemented the overall story so well and never felt gratuitous or out of place. Adalyn Grace proves you don’t need explicit details to get your heart racing with face flushing steam. Death is a book bae FOR SURE.

Anyway THAT reveal at the end was perfection. Not gonna lie, I definitely suspected it, but seeing it come to fruition on page had me squealing with glee. Wisteria is going to be a WILD ride and I, for one, cannot wait!!!
