Just finished reading all the volumes of this manga series and I'm left with a WTF feeling. Let's face it. This is fan service. There's too many gratuitous boob/nude shots for it to be anything else really. I'm confused about the intended audience however? The nudity and attention to the female form would make it seem like the manga was being marketed to teenage boys, but there are shoujo levels of romance going on here.

The plot is subpar. The twist at the end is absurd and in no way built up through out all the volumes. The main character is likable enough, but all his love interests are around through shallow connections, one of which is used towards some conclusion to the story (if an unsatisfying one). They are also so cookie cutter it's annoying at points. Plus, the whole premise of 30 year old women potentially getting with high school aged (a freshman level at that) boy is cringy at best, illegal at worst. There's no depth of story and it just felt like the manga was going from one cliche shoujo scene to the next.

Step 1 establishing school shot with embarrassing/surprising scene to introduce main characters to each other.
Step 2 introduce friendly side character plus CRAAAAAZY shenanigans.
Step 3 Everybody goes to the beach.
Step 4 School Trip time, what will these crazy kids get up to, mandatory hot tub scene
Step 5 Oh NO! a new romantic rival (who will fail)
Step 6 Main character realizes it's love, becomes unable to function like a human being
. . .etc (plus at any stage there could be fireworks).

Honest to God, if the main character had shacked up with one of his male friends as an unexpected twist, I would have liked it better than who he did end up with. The main characters (Jun, the mom, and the main female lead) were likable enough, though even though I just put down the manga, I can't remember a single character's name but the main guy Jun. That's right. Just one character. I literally finished reading it the whole way through two minutes ago, got on Goodreads, and started writing this review. I just had to stop and go look up the female lead's name in the description of the book.

I guess it's an enjoyable enough short series. You don't get a lot of shortshoujo. Usually it's takes 48 volumes and a ritualistic sacrifice for the main guy/girl character to finally make up their damn mind in a romantic situation. 3/5 Not the worst, but certainly not the best.
