Dracula by Bram Stoker

3.0

The first part of this novel was really thrilling, and I was instantly drawn into the story. Unfortunately, the last 2/3 dragged on and on. Too much Van Helsing, too many boring men wallowing in self pity and going on and on about how much they love Mina and Lucy. I was only excited again about 10 pages before the end. I can see why this is regarded as a great novel, I just lost interest partway through and stuck it out just so I could say I'd finished it. I think it'll be much more enjoyable to analyse...
