i've FINALLY finished this series !!!

OH MY GOD. it's been years. i've been waiting to see the conclusion for this amazing series for a LONG TIME. say, 5-6 years maybe. counting from when i had first started in middle school and now, it's finally finished. man. what an amazing journey.

from top to bottom, start to finish, this was one of light but layered shoujo, romance, slice of life types of manga, that was really heart-wrenching and wholeshome to the point where i was never pissed off, only casually enjoying it and feeling very attached to its characters.

Kazehaya was also a one-of-a-kind male protagonist and love interest in a very OG romance readers perspective. Around the time where very alpha-like, demanding, over protective, anger issues, dog type of guy (not that i'm saying it in a derogatory way, some of these are just very famous examples of male character personalities i've seen from older mangas/animes in the past. even now!! i think but since i don't read all that much mangas with those types of male interests anymore, i wouldn't know) there was kazehaya shouta. He is bubbly, cute, very patient, understanding, down-to-earth, so calm and collected but when he speaks, he is very vibrant and outspoken. I just, oh my god, he was the dream. my 14 years old heart ADORED him.

the side couple also, MY GOD, they made my heart strings jumbled around like an earphone. i guess my favorite side couple was whoever is with Ayano? i mean, her past relationship was so wholesome and the dude is just, he is an amazing guy. Pin? I adore him too, and THAT. CHAPTER. after the whole final semester test thingy and entrance exam... my. heart. bruh. i cannot. i do hope that in the future, idk ... things will workout between Ayano and Pin? i have a very rough relationship with the trope of teacher-student relationship (even tho in the future they won't be that) but if they are ok with it, and their age is also not worth to call the FBI for anyway, then cool, i support.

all-in-all, i am so relieved that this story finished the way it did. it really was fresh, very beautiful, the artwork *gaps* everything about the artwork made me wanna cry, the plot, how the story delivered and ended, i think it was and still is a very solid read!
