The Mathematics of Love by Emma Darwin

4.0

Another pick from Barnes & Noble's Discover New Writers series. The two parts of this story take place in the mid-1800s and the 1970s, with chapters alternating between the two times. Though I found some parts of the story to be a bit contrived, I did stay up until almost 1:00 a.m. to finish the story. An enjoyable read! Warning: give yourself at least 1/4 of the story to figure out what's going on and to really get into this book.
