Shit Shifter - But lifter - Catalyst for change

What do I mean? Few people trust their gut wholeheartedly. Logic, fear, anxiety, judgment - whatever it is takes over, and the thing you "felt like doing" doesn't happen because you let something else override the action.

What if you trusted your gut more? Took action because it felt right? How would your life be different?

I have to force myself to read fiction because logic tells me I want to always learn more. The thing is - I learn a lot from fiction too. In every fiction book, I learn something - and in some way, the character is relatable to me or something within my life. This book is no exception. When I say Shit Shifter - But Lifter - Catalyst for change, I mean that when we take fear of looking or feeling stupid off the table, you never know what may happen. Be bold, try something new. You can't change your shit if you let buts aka excuses stand in your way.

Read the book - discover the story and allow fiction to give you the push you need to trust your gut.
