Without promise of or expectation for, this book inadvertently healed something within me. I found myself weeping openly for strangers I would never know and realizing that, despite our differences and the spaces between us, we are all humans yearning to be loved. Each word Cheryl (aka Sugar) wrote was like a white hot poker of truth to the heart that left me reeling from a miraid of emotions. You should read this. We should all read this. Thank you, a million times over, thank you.
