Breezy short story collection in an incredible setting with main characters that are like Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser crossed with Mr. Peabody and Sherman. It's incredibly consistent in terms of quality, not a single bad story in the lot. And it doesn't overstay its welcome. Reading comfort food.
