Poison Fruit by Jacqueline Carey

4.0

Another great read in the Agent of Hel series by Jacqueline Carey. What I've loved about this series is that it still has the world building, the magic, the dynamic characters that her previous books have had but in a contemporary setting. Daisy works hard as Hel's liaison, watching over the human and paranormal elements of her town. But with something big simmering deeper than even she can see, can Daisy save not only the town but the people she loves? With her love life in shambles and war on the horizon, Daisy will need all of her strength and shields to not unleash hell on earth. Great read, really wish there was more in the series!
