This book was an absolute roller coaster of emotions and I was fully immersed the entire time I was listening to the audio. This an emotionally gut-wrenching enemies to lovers romance and I loved every second of it. Brendan and Erin were meant to be together and it was so difficult having to watch these two with different partners in their life. Their push and pull dynamic was addicting.

Brendan and Erin both hurt each other so much but seeing their love and care for each other being the factor that continuously brings them together was so special. The sexual tension in this book... WOAH! I've said it before and I'll say it again, Elizabeth brings the tension with every one of her stories and I love it so much.

This book takes place over four years (past and present chapters) and I felt so involved in these character's lives. I loved the cameos we get from Will and Olivia as well.

Overall, this a book you'll need your tissues for and it is one you don't want to miss!
