i honestly don’t know what to say, i’m actually speechless..
.. forever going to be angry because of one character..
er yeah that’s kinda it, maybe a longer review will be out once i have time to brew [agrgegegag]

although this book took me awhile to get through, and it had cons [*cough* eli cardale/ever], it was still a very good book!! i loved learned about marcela (or whatever her name was) and how power hungry she was and the reasons why she WAS that way!
i loved how june was such in interesting character, while we knew next to nothing about her (which made sense considering her ability)!
THE SYDNEY CONTENT AEHEGRGGAG!!!!! her struggling with her identity and how to be independent. perhaps her slow aging had something to do with her maturity (as i still see her as a kid)? or perhaps how she grew up? the whole almost reviving serena scared the living sheets out of me omg..
AND VICTOR, THE POOR ALCOHOLIC HHEEHE!!
alone, (minus mitch and dom) struggling with the setbacks he gets from being revived as he turns to other eos and drugs to try and find an answer, while also keeping an eye on stell and his whole operation..
SPEAKING OF WHICH. ELI!?!? WHAT?!? when i first flipped to that page and realized eli freaking ever was back. omg. get this stinky man out of here. he seeing things, victor? oh yeah don’t mind him! eli just has imaginary conversations with him! him manipulating stell? what manipulation? haven’t heard of that before!? also his whole “guinea pig” arc? omg. wtf. only reason, and of course his childhood, which is the way he is, is the only reason i feel bad for him. [fin]
and the man of the hour, dom. UEEHHEUSHEHEEHE I SO ANGRY HE DIED. LIKE WHAT!? YOU IDIOT. DUMMY STUPID WHAT!?!!? YOU CANT JUST WARN “the reader” ABOUT A SIDE EFFECT OF YOUT ABILITY, AND HAVE IT BEING HORRIBLE FLIPPING FORESHADOWING LIKE TWO PAGES LATER!?!!? saddest death in the book, THE SERIES I SWEAR. i loved dom. loved his character, his ability, his little story about what he did, how he sacrificed himself so victor could escape.. :(

AND HOW THE GLOSSED IT OVER AND DIDNT EVEN MENTION IT BESIDES VICTOR TELLING MITCH HE DIDNT MAKE IT?!?! UGRH. i know they were in a high stress moment, but that’s my guy!! little shadow guy RARGAHAGAGAGAGEGE.]
