The Loophole by Naz Kutub

4.0

3.5 rounded up. This wasn’t the lighthearted romp I was expecting but I’m glad I kept going. It takes on a lot— Islamophobia, homophobia, abuse, protests, and bombings— but at its heart, the novel is about finding your own place in the world. And that even at the worst of times or moments of despair, there is always hope.
