I don't think the plot is very strong, and some of the actual writing feels so straightforward that it took me out a bit. I anticipated a bit more...complex (?) prose at times and there were moments where the sentence structure felt like "I felt like X, so I have to do Y". But then there were SO many sweet moments between Sun and Rook, and so many great moments between Fable and Antonia, that I ended up loving it so much more than I thought I would. The characters just ended up being my favorite flavor of character and I can't help but love them. So sweet. So so so sweet.
