Wow, I loved this. Listened on audio and I cannot fault it. It was a little bit witty, with great sarcasm, banter and a whole lot of humour. This is my rom-com of 2025 💫
Both the FMC and the MMC are so relatable and I’m so attached to both of them. Plus all the amazing side characters!
They added a great little feature at the start of the chapters including radio static sound effects and mini duets. Perfection. I’m obsessed with their voices, they matched the characters so well (disclaimer I listened at x1.5).
“Only Manchengo can save me now!” 🧀
“I think books are sexy, and no one at school has quite lived up to Aragorn yet. I hate it break it to you kid, but no one ever will.”
