The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires by Grady Hendrix

3.0

I was SO excited for this one, and I'm pretty disappointed. The horror was definitely there, and I was definitely gagging throughout several scenes in this book, but it also could've been 100 pages shorter. There was so much time where no one believed our main character and so much time was spent trying to convince them that this dude who moved in is dangerous. This is my third Hendrix so far, and Horrorstör still has the spot for my favorite.
