The Lighthouse Witches
by C.J. Cooke
mysterious
A well-written story, told from multiple perspectives and across different timelines, about mysterious disappearances and the dangers of misguided beliefs. The plot is, for the most part, intriguing and holds the reader’s interest, but the ending feels rushed and a bit anticlimactic. There's an attempt to tie everything together with a neat bow, but some plot holes remain, along with a few overly convenient coincidences.
