I loved this book from the very beginning. I started this on the way home from the beach, and I was fortunate to have a light on me because I couldn't put this book down! Scarlett and Julian have my heart, and, to be honest, it helps that Julian's appearance reminds me of Jayce Talis from Arcane.
10/10 would recommend to anyone if they're looking for a nice, fantasy book that has twist and turns. Especially ones that have you hooked from the beginning. I can't wait to read the other two.
