Infinite Country
by Patricia Engel
What I liked: I did enjoy the book. It was a perspective on immigration and immigration laws in the US that I’ve never read before. I also enjoyed the snippets of folk tales from the dad (hence the art on the front of the book) I thought that was a nice tie in to the stories.
What I didn’t like: I could never really tell who the narrator was towards the end of the book. It also felt like the end of the book was really rushed. Honestly a lot of the book could have been explained better.
I’m rating this book about a week after actually finishing it. I read this while traveling so that could have influenced my rating and opinion of this book.
Read if: I do think this book is worth reading.
