An engaging listen- as someone who doesn’t love audiobooks I found this the perfect level of engaging (not so exciting you can’t do anything else but not so slow you lose interest). Really messed up dynamics shown in an empathetic way. Huge content warnings for folks who are wary of vivid descriptions of disordered eating and family abusive dynamics.
