A nice idea. Maid Marion is really Robin Hood after Robin of Locksley is killed on the crusades… Marion is great, Guy a villain and the not always merry men… and at least one woman.. are good value. I did find the story a little heavy handed in places but loved the highly skilled Marian as a character. An easy read.
