Truly one of the best books i’ve read in forever. Kuang has somehow managed to write a horror novel wrapped in show stopping razor sharp critique on white feminism as a whole. She has proven that in the end white women only care about themselves and when they’re backed into a corner and the masks comes off all that remains is a mouth spewing out toxic bile composed of racism, self interest, and delusion. Well done R.F. Kuang.
Graphic: Racism, Cultural appropriation
Moderate: Death, Death of parent
Minor: Sexual assault
