Wrapping because this is all spoilers. One of the scariest things in this book is a protagonist’s uncle grooming her and eventually raping her. The scene is somewhat graphic — it doesn’t cut away, but doesn’t offer a lot of descriptive detail either. It was a little surprising, but the author does a good job of showing how the uncle manipulates and emotionally abuses the young woman.
