Did not finish book. Stopped at 45%.

I overall enjoyed the first half of the story. I just know at this point that it's not more than a 3.5 star read and I really struggle with the pacing. It's a bit too slow for me and some chapters are filled with too much information that we didn't need. I think the writing is too convenient at times and you just know things will work out in the end, there's no real risk.

Still, I don't want to deter anyone from reading this book. I just think it's not for me at this point in time, when my slumpyness makes me nitpick everything.
